1. Log into your Hostaway account, select Marketplace, navigate to OTA and connect to Crewdogs.
2. Click on Connect, then click on Create

3. Save your Account ID and API Key. Copy and keep this safe.

4. Navigate back to Crewdogs > Hostaway add listing page
5. Login and select Continue.
6. Paste your Hostaway Account ID and API Key into Crewdogs
7. Either create a profile, or exit and let us finish it for you!

Once integrated, Crewdogs will automatically pull listing detail, pricing, and calendar data from Hostaway. This will continuously update without any user action. Crewdogs processes payments as the Merchant of Record, to include managing refunds and chargebacks.

Both inquiries and bookings can be messaged and responded to within Hostaway. Bookings must be accepted via email or in-app using Crewdogs. There is no limitation to automated messaging. This will work the same as your VRBO and Airbnb hosting setup.
